All cables used were armoured well earthed and all motors, switchgears and instrument sensors will be off flame proof & explosion proof construction.
 

Welding, cutting, smoking and naked flame within plant area are completely prohibited at all times.
 

Any unlikely spillages or waste liters were cleaned immediately.
 

Control panel is in an enclosed pressurized cubicle isolated from plant atmosphere.
 

Lel audio visual warning sensors were installed at strategic locations in plant area to warn of flammable gases / vapor
 

Firefighting portable extinguishers as recommended by the district firefighting department were installed at strategic points.
 

Automatic sprinklers in hot zones were installed.
 

Hot air generators were separated from the rest of the machines by brick barricade
 

All equipments were well earthed and lightening arrestor provided
